Learning Resources for non-Indigenous Canadians

WHAT THIS IS

Having this virtual space is a privilege, as is having the freedom and time to use this space to share information and resources about Indigenous People in Canada and around the globe. This page is a very incomplete collection of my own “bookmarks” – resources I find, research and save along the way as I continue to learn, unlearn and relearn the history of this land on which I live. This is just one way I am working towards decolonizing (Calls for Justice for All Canadians 15.2, page 202).

Use it or don’t. Watch, read, listen or don’t. Take it in small bites or ravenous chomps. Just scroll on by if this content doesn’t interest you.

If you are non-Indigenous and genuinely want to learn and take action towards making transformative change that benefits ALL Canadians, the contents of this page is just a starting point. This compilation is somewhat organized but very incomplete and in no particular order – so please don’t stop here!

It couldn’t be any easier to share this resource than by simply copying the link below.
