PRINT ON DEMAND PRODUCTS
Please contact me within 21 days of receiving your product if you have received a print-on-demand item (t-shirt, hats, mugs, posters, iPhone cases, totes) that has been misprinted, damaged or is otherwise defective. Connect with me as soon as possible to ensure that a solution is expedited quickly.
Before you complete your purchase, please check and then double check that the shipping address you provided is correct. This helps to ensure your item(s) is shipped to you in a timely fashion and avoid delays in getting your item(s) to you.
If you have not received your product within 21 days of the estimated delivery date, contact me to let me know.
Once we have confirmed the return will be shipped back to us, we will request that you return the item(s) to the address on the packing slip that comes packaged with your item. Please do not proceed with any returns shipping until confirmation and instructions are provided to you.
Purchases of all digital products are final. Digital items such as colouring pages, calendars, bookmarks, music or any other digital products (instant downloads) offered for sale on this website, are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchange. You can contact me if you are having issues with your download.
You may be charged an additional shipping charge if the shipping return date on the item(s) you are returning is shipped later than the date which we will have agreed upon in our correspondence. For example, if you receive confirmation from us that your item(s) is eligible for a return between May 20th and June 3rd, 2022, the return shipping label on your item must indicate a date within that time span to qualify for free return shipping.
Please include the original item and packaging with your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm if it qualifies for a refund.
When the refund is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5-10 business days.
All sales of digital products sold on this website (as mentioned above in Returns) are final. No refunds will be issued. However, if you are having issues with your download, please contact me to ensure there are no issues with a particular product download.
Exchanges to print on demand items (as mentioned above) are only available for items that are clearly misprinted, damaged or otherwise defective, and qualify for an exchange on the same item. Please contact me to inquire whether your purchase qualifies for an exchange.
Exchanges for digital products (as mentioned above) do not qualify for an exchange or return as all digital product purchases are final.
To return your product, use the address on the packing slip that was shipped with your product in the package.
Unless the product is obviously misprinted, damaged or otherwise defective, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs may be refunded if it has been agreed that both the product quality and service deadlines were not kept.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
