When you visit this website, personal data (such as your: name, email address and account preferences) may be gathered about you when you interact via: the contact page, my account page, or make a purchase on this website.

If you buy something on this website, transactional data such as purchase information will be collected. This is used to account for what product(s) were purchased and whether the transaction was completed correctly. No payment information (such as credit card numbers) is retained or accessible on this website. Any and all payment transactions are securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway. If your device has enabled it (and if you choose to do so), payments may also be processed directly and securely through Apple Pay or Google Pay.

If you purchase a POD (print on demand) product such as a t-shirt, your name, email address and shipping address is provided to my POD fulfillment provider in order to process and deliver your order.

Upon completing a purchase, such as for a POD product, you will receive email correspondence: one from “grafxbylisa” via Stripe, with a receipt to advise of your processed payment, and other emails via the fulfillment process that will advise you of: receiving your order, a note/receipt thanking your for your order, and finally, to advise you that your order/product is processed and on it’s way to you. You will receive a shipping/tracking information in these emails.

If you wish to have your name, shipping address, phone number and email removed from the database upon purchase and delivery completion, please contact me here. Credit card information is processed entirely through Stripe and not accessible on this website.

Though not required to complete a purchase on this website, you can create an account at checkout or at any time by visiting here. Information in “my account” is secure and can be a convenient way to make future purchases on this website. Your account information is safe and secure.

You will NEVER be asked via email or phone for your account login information, password and/or the information therein. Please, do NOT reply to such requests. If you feel you might be receiving such emails from this website, please report it here.

You can leave a product review on this website if you are a verified buyer. If you leave a review, your name and email address will already have been retained via your purchase(s) as noted above. Your IP address may also be collected to help with spam detection.

If you send me a message via the contact form here, or have signed up for a mailing list on this site (not currently an option here), your name and email address is captured and retained for the purpose of correspondence with you. This information is retained for one year. If you wish to have your information removed from any further correspondence, please send me the request via the contact form.

If you purchase a POD product such as a t-shirt, your name, email address and shipping address is submitted to my POD fulfillment partner. The fulfillment centre will process and ship your product to you directly.

My online store (grafxbylisa.com/shop) is maintained with the WooCommerce interface, through which I am able to offer POD products, digital products and tactile artwork for sale. You can read WooCommerce’s (Automattic) Privacy policy here.

Beyond the necessary data required to complete online transactions with the aforementioned entities, your information: name, email, phone number or any personal purchase data such as credit cards, will never be shared or sold to any third party entity for any purpose, ever.

My POD partner and WooCommerce (the e-commerce gateway) are connected to my website in order for me to share my creativity with you. Any information gathered is as mentioned above.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their own personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username).

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
